Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Showroom tags still attached to ensure your return is accepted.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
